A simple 6 step process with results you can see, and a dedicated legal practice assistant (LPA) working alongside a network of industry leaders.

Step 1

Choose from our network of talent and schedule a 15 minute interview. We will send you an email to confirm and remind you of your initial consultation.

Step 2

During your initial consultation, we will listen to your unique needs and advise direction. 

Step 3

Immediately following your initial consultation, you will receive optional candidates. Meanwhile, we will coordinate and conduct candidate interviews. We recommend interviews to take place 48 hours after your initial consultation.

Step 4

We’ll assist you in choosing your candidate! Upon choosing the perfect talent,  we will provide you with a start date along with other applicable training information. We suggest for your start date to take place 3 days after choosing your candidate.

Step 5

Your start date + training begins. Training typically takes 5 business days based on availability and any other environmental factors. Training is collaborative, and we ask for our clients to set aside 20 minutes each day during training.

Step 6

After 5 days of training, your new team member is ready to take on their role within your  firm. There is a system of collaborative guidance throughout month one as well as each month thereafter.
